What does the role involve?

As a sales representative, you’ll be visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites and nuclear plants or in offices and warehouses.
•Must interface with Turkish key accounts at corporate level and negotiate terms and conditions of sale with current and prospective accounts
•Possess the ability to create and execute customer development plans
•Provide input for sales/profit planning and achieve established sales and profit objectives for the assigned key accounts
•Possess ability to manage and avoid potential customer conflict with tactful communication and account management skills
•Possess good understanding of customer product screens, dynamics of profit margin generation, sell out strategies, competitive product sets and key product differentiators
•Introduce strategic sales methods to manage the product portfolio and introduce value added components to ensure future development and growth of share within the key accounts
•Must possess strong organizational and account management skills with a relentless desire to seek new business with existing and prospective accounts

What you need is:

  • •Minimum of 2 years of Hilti sales experience
  • •Ability to develop effective working relationships through teamwork and influencing skills
  • •Excellent interpersonal, managerial and presentation skills
  • •Ability to set priorities
  • •Accute attention to detail and follow through
  • •Multi-task capability in high pace environment
  • •Advanced communication skills both written and verbal
  • •Native Turkish speaker, Competitive in English
  • •Active driver with no travel restrictions
  • •Residence in Tashkent
