MT Sales Engineer

We are looking for a MT Sales Engineer from sales background to join our M&E sales team in İstanbul. This is no ordinary sales job, as ours is a uniquely high performing and supportive working culture.

What does the role involve?
As a sales engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering sales and profit results from the Energy accounts and key accounts portfolio through effective planning and disciplined sales execution. You will be responsible for developing multi-level contacts within offices and plants, and negotiating commercial agreements for the selected accounts. You’d actively promote Hilti products, services and software, and develop specific value propositions for these customers. Effective communication to the sales teams, the key accounts team and other relevant members of the wider Hilti team is part of your daily duties.
You will be executing systematic sales activities aligned with sales and marketing strategy,
You will be responsible of development of potential project portfolio, determination of requirements, preparation of quotations and follow-up as well as introducing and selling Hilti products and solutions to customers.

What you need is:
- 4-year university degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical Engineering,
- Min. 3 years' experience in modular support systems,
- Autocad, BIM, MS Office knowledge,
- Sales oriented with no travel restrictions,
- Competitive in English,
- Sales and customer relation and strong presentation skills
- High performer who has an achiever mentality, career driven, self disciplined and supportive team player with high ethic values,
- Active driver.
