Key Account Sales Specialist
What's the role?
We’re seeking an exceptional Key Account Sales Specialist to passionately create enthusiastic customers and build a better future. Focus on providing technical support, submitting, specifications, and Sales execution to customers inside the key project in Istanbul. This is a 100% field role.

What does the role involve?
As the Key Account Sales Specialist, you’ll find yourself working closely with different teams to realize project potentials to achieve sales target. This includes working with external stakeholders such as our customers; and internally with the sales teams to identify business opportunities for specific key projects.
Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering,
- Advanced level of English and native in Turkish,
- At least 4 years of experience in construction market or direct sales,
- Results-oriented and suitable for consultative sales, and developing customer platform,
- Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders,
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organizational structure,
- Ability to spot, understand and analyze customer needs & requirements and offer appropriate products & solutions,
- Strong persuasion & influencing skills, excellent communication skills,
- Active driver,
- Resident in Istanbul.
