What does the role involve?

In this Inside Sales Specialist role, your development begins with hands-on training which will set you up for success by learning the foundation of Hilti’s culture, products, and services.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and spend extended amount of time on the phone. There will also be opportunities for hands-on training exercises, meetings, workshops, and presentations.

In this role you will influence and serve all Hilti customers, including internal team members and Account Managers who have direct relationships with the Hilti customer experience. Your participation in the Strategic Customer Development is essential to prepare you for your next steps in other roles at Hilti.
This position is responsible for generating incremental, profitable sales to assigned account base through outbound sales within the customer service department.

The Inside Sales Specialist will provide appropriate service and strong knowledge of Hilti products to customers, ensuring the successful achievement of company objectives and growth within the scope of the assigned customer trade

This role will be a bench for our field sales teams.

What do we offer?

In our role, you will complete developmental stages before promoting into other roles at Hilti. During the 12-24 month program, you’ll participate in a full sales, product, hands on, and industry training curriculum. As you advance in the program you will take part in outside sales training and territory sales coverages, all while being paired with a mentor.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Mechanical and/or Civil Engineering,
  • Competitive in English & native in Turkish,
  • Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred,
  • Strong technical and customer relationship management skills preferred,
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills,
  • Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships,
  • Must be willing to have a jobsite selling role within 12-24 months,
  • Resident in Istanbul.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll be visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites and offices and /or in warehouses.


The role is based in Baku, Azerbaijan and you will build a high level of contact inside EPCs and Energy Key Account Customers in Central Asia.
